Madrid weekend with Darah and Cristina!

After a nice day at the pool with Mara on Friday, Darah and I headed into the city again! This time for longer. We were staying both Friday and Saturday nights and Cristina in her tiny tiny apartment. At this point we had already successfully gotten to the correct plaza once, so Darah and I felt pretty confident about the buses that we needed to be taking!

We met up with Cristina and just hung out for a little bit before we headed out for a night of crazy! Oh yea, and Cristina fed us :) YUM. Pasta and a nice salad with goat cheese, apple, and walnuts!

The first thing on the schedule: Concert at the Atlético de Madrid stadium.

There was a really loud concert full of a lot of singers that we had no idea who they were.

Cristina and I in the VIP section! It was really cool, but we didn't know any songs, so we decided to head to the club!

Our first club experience in Madrid. We went to a place called Moon Dance. They played a bunch of American songs but it wasn't that crowded. I would give it a 3.5/5! 

They did have a cool elevated platform that you could dance on, but it was super tall! It took some teamwork to get up there!

I would say we didn't go full speed ahead into the night....we made it into bed by 4am!! Successful night :)  Oh yea, We walked all over the city to get to the stadium, then back to the apartment, to the club, and back. So there was Friday, next up, Saturday....the day of exploration.
